In the past decade, developments in economic, social, governing the country's population on the one hand and knowledge of the immigration movement has been severe and in some areas this displacement is associated with greater severity. Among the main causes of rural migration to cities is the issue of employment. Because one of the main reasons for migration unemployment and the nature of jobs The structural weaknesses in rural areas causes the villagers to gain better opportunities and seek to improve social conditions - economic and welfare of their lives to migrate to urban areas. Because the majority of jobs in rural areas are agriculture, investment and migration to the agricultural sector can reduce, eliminate unemployment and improve the welfare of the villagers. This study investigated the role and importance of agriculture in rural life and avoid the crowds in the city where Bahmai County has been made. The field research was a sample of 120 was calculated. The results show that the development of the agricultural sector is decreased by reducing rural-urban migration of rural income gap that the city has. Given the intensity of migration in this region, farmers were more lasting than other rural populations. According to the survey results, it is emphasized that the government's policy on investment and greater attention to agriculture as well as creating employment in rural areas seem to be necessary.

Although different governments place a lot of interest in developing rural tourism targets and a lot of budgets are spend in this respect, less attention is paid to study the attitudes of the host communities towards tourism. Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the factors that can affect the attitudes of rural people towards rural tourism in the Doroodzan District of the Marvdasht County. The research was conducted in 2015. The survey research method was used for this purpose and data were collected using a pre-designed questionnaire. The research sample included 250 villagers that were selected using Kerjcie and Morgan Sampling Table and the Random Sampling Technique. The Face validity of the questionnaire was verified by the expert faculty members and the staff of the Rural Development Management Department of the Yasouj University, and its reliability was also verified by calculating Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient (from 0.61 to 0.86) that was obtained from a pilot study. The results of the Path Analysis showed that value of tourism is the most effective factor for predicting the respondents' attitudes towards rural tourism. Next to that there are other variables such as income from tourism and observation that have had the most effect on the respondents' attitudes. Finally, it is recommended that the means of mass media such as local radio and television broadcast services prepare programs and campaigns about rural tourism and related topics in order to improve the attitudes of the rural people towards rural tourism.

This study aimed to investigate rural women's awareness and use of from rural ICT services offices. The statistical population consisted of 5018 over 15- year- old literate rural women in 16 villages with ICT offices in Shahreza County. Using Cochran formula, 190 rural women were selected as sample and stratified proportional sampling randomly questionnaire distributed by stratified sampling with proportional allocation in the villages. The results shows the highest level of awareness of the services are awareness of basic services, social services, educational services, information services and financial services respectively and the highest referring to the offices are to receive basic services, information services, social services, educational services and economic services respectively. The results of the Friedman test showed a significant difference between rural women's awareness of five groups of services at 1 percent confidence in a way that their highest awareness is of basic services and their least awareness is of financial services. Furthermore, there is significant difference between rural women's referring to ICT offices to receive five groups of services at 1 percent confidence in a way that their most referring to ICT offices is to receive basic services. Agriculture engineering and technical consulting services were initially established in 2008 by the establishment of a network of NGOs in order to reduce the problems of the agricultural sector in line with privatization and downsizing of the government. The main objective of this study was to investigate the factors that affect the success of technical and agricultural engineering consulting firms in the Isfahan province (2012). The statistical population of this research consisted of members of the boards of directors and the managing directors of such firms in the Isfahan province. The study sample consisted of 130 subjects from the members of boards of directors and the managing directors were who selected by using Cochran formula. The field data required was been collected through questionnaires and interviews. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by the use of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and it was calculated to be 0.83. The results of research showed that the success rate of technical and agricultural engineering consulting firms was evaluated to be 53.2% at the medium. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that about 40% of the success rate factors for of technical and agricultural engineering consulting firms based on the Beta index could be attributed to passing training courses in management procedures (0.382), giving financial rewards to members for optimal performance (0.278), number of contracts with other public and private organizations (0.249) and having entrepreneurship characteristics (0.220).

Tourism development in rural areas is one of the main strategies to achieve rural development. The aim of this descriptive-analytical study is to analyze the impact of rural tourism in the socio-economic development of rural areas (Kesselian County) of Mazandaran province. Data collected using 190 questionnaires determined using Cochrane formula. The validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by Cronbach Alpha equal to 0.796. The results show that there is significant positive relationship between rural tourism and improve in rural household income, health, sewage and waste disposal systems as well as development of rural homes and roads. The factor analysis results show that the best important positive effects of rural tourism in rural areas are infrastructural development, economic development and development of employment; and main negative effects of rural tourism in rural areas are destruction of the business environment, increased of social abnormalities and destruction of cultural environment.
